Welcome to Belbotika! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Belbotika website, applications, and services ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of Services.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to access some features of Belbotika. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your password and login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to disable any user account if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms.

4. User Content

By submitting, posting, or displaying content through Belbotika ("User Content"), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your User Content in connection with providing and promoting our Services.

You retain full ownership of your User Content. However, you acknowledge that:

• We may use your content to improve our algorithms and services
• We may use your content to promote our platform or features

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Belbotika to:

• Engage in any activity that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper functioning of our Services
• Attempt to access any portion of the Services to which you have not been granted access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these prohibitions.

6. Subscription & Fees

Some features of Belbotika are available for free, while others require a paid subscription. For paid services:

• All fees are clearly communicated before you complete a purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Refunds are issued in accordance with our Refund Policy

We reserve the right to change our fees or billing methods at any time. We will provide notice of any price change at least 30 days before it goes into effect.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Belbotika if you violate these Terms or if your usage poses a security risk. You may cancel your account at any time by following the instructions on our website.

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Services will cease immediately
• We may delete your account data after a reasonable period
• Some content you have shared with others may remain visible

The Belbotika platform, including its logos, trademarks, software, and content created by our team, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any of our intellectual property without explicit permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Belbotika is provided "as-is" without any guarantees of performance, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes any direct, indirect, consequential, special, and punitive damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain damages, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Belbotika, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
